Do I Have to See the Other Party Face-to-Face?

In any mediation, face-to-face contact is not required for a successful mediation. At other times, depending on the nature of the conflict, face-to-face interaction may not be desirable or warranted. Ultimately, it is up to the parties to decide whether or not to meet face-to-face.
